Communication with all parties, intro email as well - Review all documents for compliance - Send executed contract to all parties - Schedule seller documents with closing attorney - Schedule inspections as needed - Coordinate with Co-Op agent for inspections - Send repair request to client and agent - Confirm appraisal scheduled - Review CD and confirm that all parties have received and reviewed - Wiring instructions sent - SkySlope completion

Complete listing agreement according to input sheet provided - Schedule photography and sqft as needed - Input into your local MLS - Showing time completion - Input into SkySlope - Attach appropriate docs into MLS - Ensure seller has completed RPOADS and MOG rights.

Complete an offer to purchase according to Google Form - unlimited number of changes per offer - Send to buyer agent upon completion - Completed during working hours - After hours on availability only.
